As a middle school librarian, I lead with:

• a flexible schedule
• an amazing full time assistant
• 100+ staff members
• 740 students in grades 6-8
• superstars of OCMBOCES 
• a 2 year old facility
• 20 iStaff students 
• supportive administrators
• 1:1 Chromebook environment
